Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1 tbsp bio yogurt
  • 1 orange, juice only

Method

1. Place the strawberries, banana, yogurt and orange juice in a jug blender or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and serve at once.
