Crudaiola (Raw Tomato and Mozzarella Sauce)

Ingredients

  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 100 g mozzarella, cubed
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • handful of leaves basil
  • 125 g cooked spaghetti
  • black pepper

Method

1. Put the tomatoes and mozzarella in a large serving bowl.

2. Stir in the olive oil, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for about 5 minutes.

3. Tip the hot pasta in the sauce, mix well and serve immediately.
