- 4 thickly-cut slices rustic bread
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat the barbecue.
2. Toast the bread slices both sides until golden brown.
3. Remove the bread from the barbecue and while hot, rub with the garlic cloves.
4. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve at once.
