Ingredients

  • 5 green tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 red Asian shallots
  • A handful of sliced coriander
  • 2 tsp ground roasted peanuts
  • 2 tsp ground black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • 3 tsp garlic oil
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp fried garlic

Method

1. Combine the tomatoes, shallots, coriander, black sesame seeds, peanuts, chilli, garlic oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well and garnish with fried garlic, sliced red chilli and some fresh coriander.
