Hummus

Ingredients

  • 300 g tin of chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Method

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor

Optional: Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
