- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp desiccated coconut, plus extra to garnish
1. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into chunks and place in a blender. Add the pineapple juice and desiccated coconut and whiz until smooth.
2. Serve garnished with a little extra coconut sprinkled on top.
