Ingredients

  • 6 small red chillies, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • juice of 1 lemons
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

1. Place the chillies, garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a food processor.

2. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve as a dipping sauce.

Real Cork recommends: enjoy with a light red, young wine from Trincadeira or Aragonez
