Ingredients

  • good knob of butter
  • 3 slices cooked ham, chopped
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 125 g cooked spaghetti
  • 50 g parmesan, grated
  • black pepper

Method

1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the ham and fry for about a minute.

2. Stir in the cream cheese and mix well with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Tip the cooked pasta into a warm serving dish. Add the sauce and stir in the Parmesan. Serve immediately.
