Rum Butter

Ingredients

  • 100 ml rum
  • 225 g unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of nutmeg

Method

1. Gently heat the rum in a small saucepan. Pour the warm rum into a food processor.

2. Add the butter, a knob at a time, and blend together.

3. Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. Blend well.

4. Cover and chill until serving.
