Smoked salmon mousse

Ingredients

  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon, juice only

Tips and Suggestions

You can also make smoked salmon and caper mousse by adding 1 tsp of drained and rinsed capers before blending, or mackerel and lemon mousse by replacing the smoked salmon with smoked mackerel.

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and serve with toasted soda bread.
