Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Juice of half a limes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, such as Kikkoman
  • 1 tbsp minced chilli or chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame or peanut oil

Method

1. Combine all ingredients and serve.
