Spiced nuts

Ingredients

  • selection of nuts
  • oil
  • ground cumin
  • ground coriander
  • smoked paprika

Method

1. Heat up a little oil in a pan over a gentle heat and add the nuts. Sprinkle the spices over the nuts, shaking the pan to coat the nuts evenly with the oil and spices. Keep the pan moving (this will ensure they don't burn) until they are golden brown.

2. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside until ready to eat.
