Ingredients

main:

  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1 banana, roughly chopped
  • handful of ice cubes, crushed
  • 175 ml plain yogurt
  • 6 strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 425 ml full-fat milk

Method

1. Put the mango and banana into the blender along with the ice, yoghurt, milk and chopped strawberries.

2. Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds then pour into two tall glasses and serve.
