Ingredients

main

  • slice of watermelon, chopped
  • handful of seedless black grapes
  • punnet of strawberries, hulled
  • small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes
  • clear honey

Method

1. Place the watermelon, grapes, strawberries and mint in a food processor.

2. Process until well-mixed.

3. Add the ice cubes and process again. Taste.

4. Add the honey, if using, and blend again briefly.

5. Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.
