- 40 g sliced white bread, crusts trimmed off
- 200 g smoked cod roe, skinned
- 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- 50 ml warm water
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
1. Place the bread and smoked cod roe in a food processor.
2. Blend together and gradually add the extra-virgin olive oil.
3. Add the lemon juice and warm water and blend until well-mixed.
4. Garnish with the spring onion and serve.
