After a lunchtime introduction to the most efficient lunch delivery service in the world John joins Executive Chef Amit Chowdhury at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel for an introduction to the five-star version of the Tiffin Tin. On a visit to the Bohri Kitchen chef Nafisa shows John the secrets behind her smoked lamb samosas. Inspired, John undertakes a brand new dish of his own, Mango Samosas with a yogurt and mint dip
