John Torode's Asia Episode 3


A lifelong lover of Chinese food, John Torode is elated when his Asian cuisine tour takes him to Beijing. John heads straight to Beijing's loved Peking Duck restaurant and is fascinated to see and taste the traditional dish. After sampling traditional green tea at the Peninsula Hotel John meets Wok Star Bryan Lee as he prepares a delicious green tea infused lobster. Briefly stopping at the Great Wall of China, John goes to meets Liang Tang at the Brickyard Retreat where they prepare traditional noodles before John prepares his own Torode take on Duck Noodle Soup.
