St Andrew's Day

St Andrew's Day

St Andrew is patron saint of Scotland and it's believed he was crucified in a diagonal cross, like the Saltire on the Scottish flag. Celebrate on November 30th with fine seafood laced through creamy soup then serve some of the myriad forms of salmon. Follow with highland beef and add a melange of tasty root veg. Finish dreamy creamy cranachan or drench a proper steamed pudding with lashings of Drambuie custard.
