- 2 tbsp ground almonds, or hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 4 peaches, or nectarines
- orange yogurt
1. Combine the ground nuts and sugar in a mixing bowl and set aside. Halve the fruit and remove the stones.
2. Preheat an overhead grill. Dip the cut side of the fruit into the nut and sugar mixture to coat lightly. Arrange the fruit cut-side up on the grill pan and grill for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Use tongs to transfer the fruit carefully to serving dishes and accompany with the orange yogurt.
