- 6-8 Amaretto biscuits
- 250 g mixed fruit, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
- 115 g mascarpone
- 150 g yogurt, such as Onken Natural Set Yogurt
- 25 g icing sugar
1. Whisk together the mascarpone, yogurt and icing sugar.
2. Break 3 - 4 biscuits into the base of 2 glasses, top with ½ the fruit followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture, repeat.
3. Decorate with fruits, crushed biscuits or chocolate.
