Ingredients

  • 200 g finely sliced bresaola
  • 200 g finely sliced salami
  • 55 g piquillo pimentos
  • 55 g caper berries
  • large handful of rocket
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • handful of parmesan shavings

Method

1. Arrange the bresaola and salami slices on a serving platter.

2. Sprinkle over the piquillo peppers and the caper berries, then layer over the rocket.

3. Dress the dish with lemon juice and olive oil. Layer over the Parmesan shavings and serve.
