  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 stalks lemongrass, bruised
  • 4 basil
  • 1 shots pineapple juice
  • 50 ml lemon vodka
  • 0.5 limes, juice
  • 0.5 shots sugar syrup
  • 2 ice cubes, crushed

Method

1. Cut a thin slice from the middle of the passion fruit and put to one side. Squeeze the remaining pulp and seeds into a cocktail shaker. 2. Add the lemon grass and basil to the shaker and top up with pineapple juice, lemon vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add the ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with the passion fruit slice.
