Aromatic oranges with pistachios and honey

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 50 g shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • baklava, to serve

Method

1. Remove the peel and pith from the oranges and cut the fruit into ½ cm thickness slices

2. Arrange the slices on a plate and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosewater and cinnamon. Scatter over the pistachio nuts and accompany with baklava.
