Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunches asparagus

Method

1. Place the eggs in a pan of boiling water and boil for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled egg.

2. While the egg are boiling, steam the asparagus over a pan of boiling water or in a asparagus steamer for 3-4 minutes until tender.

3. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and put under cold running water. Peel off the shells and halve. Serve with the asparagus.
