Avocado and lime toast

Ingredients

  • I ripe avocados
  • pinch of sea salt
  • squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 2 thick slices of Poilane bread
  • garlic oil
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Mash or slice the flesh of the avocado in a large bowl and add a pinch of sea salt and a big squeeze of lime juice.

2. Grill the bread and brush with garlicky olive oil.

3. Spread the avocado thickly on top and add plenty of black pepper. Eat at once!
