Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large apple, quartered and cored
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 1 small green chilli, seeds removed if preferred
  • 1.5 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp bio yogurt
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
