1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan, set over a medium heat and fry the bacon for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
2. Heat the remaining oil and fry the egg until the yolk is lightly set.
3. Butter both slices of bread. Lay the bacon on the buttered side of one of the slices. Spread with the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
4. Top with the fried egg and scatter with rocket. Top with the remaining slice of bread and eat straight away!
