  • 500 g vacherin, ideally Vacherin Mont D'Or
  • 120 ml fruity white wine

Method

1. Set the oven to 180°C/gas 4. Wrap the Vacherin in foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes. 2. Remove the foil and lid and carefully cut around the top of the cheese to reveal the melted cheese underneath. Mix in a little white wine and serve immediately.
