Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread

Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients

Main

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 eggs, yolks
  • 110 g plain flour, sieved
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread

Method

1. Mix the egg yolks and whole eggs to creamy batter with the flour and milk. Set aside to rest for 20 minutes or so.


2. Melt a little of the butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry a quarter of the banana slices.


3. Pour in a quarter of the batter. Cook for a couple minutes and then spoon over the chocolate and hazelnut spread.


4. Fold the pancake over and serve. Repeat to make 3 more pancakes.
