Bean Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 kg cooked kidney beans
  • 125 g onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 125 g ready-made tomato salsa
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, diced
  • 0.5 red peppers, diced
  • 0.5 bunches coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 10 fresh soft flour tortillas
  • salad leaves, to serve

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180/gas 4. Place all the ingredients for the filling together in a blender and whiz to a puree.

2. Divide the filling between the tortilla wraps and spread evenly. Roll up and lay in a baking dish.

3. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with salad leaves.
