  • 50 ml peach schnapps
  • orange juice, for topping up
  • chilled champagne, for topping up

Method

1. Pour the peach schnapps over the back of a teaspoon into a champagne flute, lifting the spoon as you pour.2. On top of this, pour in orange juice over the back of a teaspoon, lifting the spoon as you pour, adding just enough so that the flute is half-full.3. Pour chilled champagne over the back of a teaspoon into the glass, lifting the spoon as you pour. The three liquids should sit in layers. Serve.
