Berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handfuls strawberries, sliced in half
  • 1 handfuls blueberries
  • 1 handfuls blackberries
  • 1 handfuls raspberries
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • a drizzle of runny honey
  • 1/2 glasses cranberry juice
  • 1/2 glasses apple juice

Method

1. Put the fruit and yogurt in a blender with a drizzle of honey.

2. Pour in the juices and whizz until smooth.
