Ingredients

  • 100 ml vodka
  • 100 ml gin
  • 100 ml tequila
  • 100 ml Cointreau
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • champagne, for topping up
  • ice cubes, for shaking
  • cherries, with stalks attached to garnish

Method

1. Place the vodka, gin, tequila, Cointreau,rum and lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well.

2. Pour into four tall Collins glasses containing ice in it. Top up with champagne, garnish with cherries and serve.
