- 5 wedges grapefruit, using one slice for garnish
- 35 ml Finlandia grapefruit vodka
- 15 ml campari
- 10 ml lime juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- 5 ml passion fruit syrup
1. Muddle the grapefruit wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release the juice. Add the vodka, campari, lime juice and syrups and shake.
2. Strain into a sling glass filled with ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
