Black Olive and Preserved Lemon Relish

Black Olive and Preserved Lemon Relish

Ingredients

  • 300 g black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 preserved lemons
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with black pepper and leave for half an hour so that the flavours can meld.
