Black olive tapenade

Black olive tapenade

Ingredients

  • 300 g black olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tinned anchovies
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • water

Method

1. Place the olives, garlic, anchovies and olive oil into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Add water if the paste is too thick.

2. Scrape into a bowl and serve.
