- 4 slices smoked salmon, each sliced into 3 strips
- 150 ml crème fraîche
- avruga caviar
- finely chopped chives, to garnish
1. Place the blinis on a serving plate.
2. Top each blini with a teaspoonful of crème fraiche.
3. Top each blini with a piece of smoked salmon and a dollop of avruga caviar.
4. Garnish with chives and serve.
