Ingredients

  • 50 ml whisky, preferably Monky Shoulder
  • 20 ml sweet vermouth
  • 10 ml Benedictine liqueur
  • 1 small handful ice cubes
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, stir the whisky, vermouth and Benedictine together with a handful of ice.

2. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and decorate with the twist of lemon.
