Boozy espresso laced ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 litres vanilla ice cream, or your favourite flavour
  • 4 shots of hot espresso coffee
  • a selection of liqueur, such as Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Tia Maria, whiskey, brandy, Baileys

Method

1. Simply divide the ice cream between 8 dessert dishes. Pour half a shot of espresso over each one then add a good splash of your guests' chosen liqueur. Serve straight away.
