- juice of 1 lemons
- 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 250 g cold turkey, shredded
- 1 small red cabbage, finely shredded
- small bunch of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1. Mix the lemon juice and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
2. Stir in the turkey and red cabbage.
3. Scatter with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
