Ingredients

  • 1 kg silverside beef, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 200 ml horseradish sauce
  • olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 bunches of watercress
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes

Method

1. Lay the beef out on a large platter. Mix together the horseradish sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.

2. In a large bowl, mix the watercress and cherry tomatoes.

3. Arrange the salad over the beef and drizzle over the dressing. Serve immediately.
