- 50 ml Beija-Flor Velha cachaça
- 50 ml Chegworth Valley Cox & Bramley apple juice
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- ice cubes, for shaking
- ginger beer, for serving
1. Put all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a shaker with ice and shake to blend.
2. Strain into a glass and top up with ginger beer.
