Ingredients

  • 50 ml Beija-Flor Velha cacha├ža
  • 50 ml Chegworth Valley Cox & Bramley apple juice
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 3 dashes of angostura bitters
  • ice cubes, for shaking
  • ginger beer, for serving

Method

1. Put all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a shaker with ice and shake to blend.

2. Strain into a glass and top up with ginger beer.
