Ingredients

  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, broken into pieces
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and frothy.

2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
