- 250 g broad beans, shelled
- 25 g unsalted butter
- ½ lemons, juice only
- freshly ground salt and black pepper
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
2. Add the beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked and drain.
3. Return the beans to the pot and stir in the butter. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Serve.
