Ingredients

  • 150 g pitted black olives
  • 40 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ciabatta bread, sliced lengthways

Method

1. Place the olives and the olive oil in a food processor and blend for 10 seconds into a rough paste, forming tapenade.

2. Spread the tapenade mixture over the ciabatta halves, cook under a hot grill until the bread becomes crispy and serve at once.
