Butter Beans with Rosemary and Semi Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 tins of 400gtinned butter beans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp semi-dried or sun-blushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary

Method

1. Put the beans in a small saucepan, heat up gently and add the olive oil, semi sun-dried tomatoes, chopped rosemary and some sea salt and pepper. When warm, remove from the heat and set aside to let the flavours infuse
