Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 8 cloves
  • 750 ml cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 slices of toast, cut into small squares

Method

1. Stud the orange with the cloves.

2. Gently heat the cider in a large saucepan. Add the clove-studded orange, cinnamon sticks and butter.

3. Heat gently for 5 more minutes. Top with toast squares.
