Carrot Mary

Ingredients

  • 300 g carrots, roughly chopped
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 limes, peeled and chopped
  • 100 ml vodka
  • 4 drops of tabasco
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method

1. Depending on the consistency required, put the carrot, celery, apple and lime through a juicer (for a smooth texture) or a blender (for a rougher texture).

2. Pour the carrot mixture over two ice-filled glasses. Add 50ml of vodka to each glass, a couple of drops of Tabasco and half a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and serve.
