Celeriac, apple and walnut coleslaw

Celeriac, apple and walnut coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 rib-eye steaks
  • 1/2 celeriac
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp crème fraiche or soured cream
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Place the celeriac, apples and onion in a bowl. Stir in the crème fraiche, mayonnaise and mustard.

2. Squeeze over the lemon juice and season to taste.
