Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • juice of 2 large oranges
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

1. Place the lemon sorbet, yoghurt, orange juice and maple syrup in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into two glasses and serve straight away.
